With over 15 years’ experience, we are specialists in the manufacture of steel tubes for solar tracker axles. We have the capacity to manufacture a wide variety of geometries, measurements, and surface finishes under the most demanding of dimensional standards, especially in terms of level of twist and straightness, and always in accordance with the specifications made by our clients. Additionally, we have the capability to drill holes at the tube ends.
Arcelor Approved
All the steel used to manufacture our axles for solar trackers with ZM coating is Arcelor Approved.
- Several base steel types: S350, S420, S450, S500, and S550.
- Different coatings:
- Zinc: Z275, Z350, Z450, Z600
- Zinc magnesium coating: ZM310, ZM350, ZM430
- Hot-dip galvanising with a minimum of 80 microns
- Continuous control of the welding coating
- Manufacture in different formats: square, rectangular, octagonal, and hexagonal.
- Possibility of studying other formats with the client
- Production line machining of one end of the tube: drilling on all four sides. Possibility of making: one, two, three, or four holes per side.
- Possibility of studying other machining processes at the client's request.
- Container loading for export
- Ample storage space to have stock available for our clients according to their needs.
